What Types of floor plans do you offer?

Richmond Place has three spacious floor plan options so you will easily be able to find the perfect match to suit your needs. We offer studio, three-bedroom and four-bedroom homes. 

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month. You may choose to pay a single installment for the entire year if desired. We accept payment via check, money order, or through the online system.

Where is The leasing office located?

Sam Crane with Richmond Place, LLC will handle your lease, rent payments, and maintenance requests. Our office is located at Richmond Place - 915 Richmond Avenue, Columbia, MO 65201

What Amenities do you provide?

At Richmond Place, we packed our Mizzou apartments with plenty of conveniences so you'll never want to leave home! Each open-concept apartment comes with free, unlimited Wi-Fi, private bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchens, on-site washer and dryer, convenient, on-site parking, and more.

What is included in the rent?

Richmond Place rent includes: utilities (water, sewer, and trash pickup), Internet, washer & dryer, access to all of Richmond Place's amenities, and a wonderful staff that is there to assist you with maintenance or other needs at anytime.

Do The Apartments come furnished?

No, all apartments at Richmond Place come unfurnished, allowing you to create your own unique space to call home.

NOTE: We do provide fully-equipped kitchens and on-site washer and dryer.
